Methodology

Service Level Agreement with Customer
Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be signed with every new customer. SLA will contain details on the clauses agreed to by the customer and Shapia Consultant. Following points will be covered and agreed upon:

a. Signatories/ Representative of customer and Utopia Consultant
b. Price and payment terms
c. Contract for Services
d. Non Solicitation Agreement
e. Confidentiality Agreement
f. Termination Agreement
g. Hiring Methodology

Receipt of RRF
Depending on the resource requirement, customer will send Resource Requisition Form to Shapia Consultant. Shapia Consultant will use RRF as per the client norms. In case of absence of RRF from client side, the RRF prepared by Shapia Consultant will be used, if agreed by the client. Resource Requisition Form will contain an elaborate Job Description, having the following details:

Sourcing of Profiles
Based on the Job Description Shapia Consultant recruiters will work on the sourcing of profiles. Candidates will be sourced from:

Job Portals
Shapia Consultant’s Internal Database
Referrals
Networking
Head Hunting

Candidate/s Profiling/ Screening
Shapia Consultant will utilize its specialized expertise in screening and profiling of candidates. The firm follows a focused client driven mechanism in selecting candidates as per the client requirements. Quality is maintained in sending candidates which aptly meets the job description. Shapia Consultant will make use of its highly skilled laborers having specific domain and technology expertise.
Shapia Consultant recruiters will thoroughly understand the client needs and requirements, and make an effort to understand the client requirements by studying their domain areas, doing a thorough research in the market to understand the industry the client is operating in. Our promise is to provide quality service to all our clients. This is possible because of the in-depth domain knowledge that the company management has in Information Technology and BPO sector.
Shapia Consultant strongly believes that candidates must meet not only the technical parameters of the position but also must be able to function successfully with the clients corporate culture, management style and philosophy. Keeping this purview in mind, Shapia Consultant will screen candidates for further selection.

Arrangement of Interview
Shapia Consultant will coordinate with the respective client on their availability of time slots and technical panel for placing their candidates. Interview will be scheduled considering the availability of the candidate and the client, which may be either telephonic or F2F (face to face). The Consultant will follow a stringent follow-up process with the candidate to make him available on time for the interview. As part of the process, Shapia Consultant will also seek a confirmation from the client on his arrival.

Interview by the Client
The client will have their own yardstick for candidate evaluation. As per the RRF, they will conduct the interview on the below parameters.
Technical Skill sets for the required position.
Academic qualification.
Total relevant experience.
Communication ability
Project experience
Candidate’s mobility and learning capacity.
Candidate’s personal attributes.

Feedback on Candidate/s
Once the interview is through, the consultant will have a follow-up with the candidate and the client on the progress. The consultant will have a candidate evaluation sheet and technical evaluation form sent to the client to get a transparent picture of the interview process.

Client Selection of Candidate/s
After the interview process, the client will take a decision on candidate’s selection. If the candidate is selected, the candidate will be intimated on the same. If the candidate is not selected, Shapia Consultant will work towards sourcing more candidates as per the requirements, and the process will be followed iteratively.

Finalization on Candidate/s
Once the candidate is selected, Shapia Consultant will coordinate with the client to ensure candidate that the candidate joins the client in time and will also coordinate so that candidate gets the offer letter.

Receipt of Payment
After the candidate accepts the Company’s offer, the Shapia consultant will be informed of the Gross Annual Emoluments offered to the candidate, for billing purposes. Accordingly the invoice will be raised. The client needs to make the payment within 21 days of the candidate’s joining date.
