Campus Placement As part of our campus recruitment process, we provide the following services: 1. Develop and implement a robust recruitment strategy to attract and hire high quality students from campus. 2. Lead the campus hiring program for each division – advise the business on the campuses to visit, as well as other key decisions on compensation, branding and networking activities to participate in for the company to build brand equity and be the preferred employer of choice. 3. Develop and implement the campus hiring process, to ensure robust hiring process. 4. Leveraging existing global policies/practices and documentation and localize to relevant markets. 5. Networking and interacting with Placement officers and student committees on behalf of the company. 6. Developing standards for reporting all aspects of the recruitment processes e.g. cycle time, offer rejection ratios, diversity etc.
